Each tutor counts once per clinic and service. We remove implausible amounts and outliers (Tukey fences) and show the median and the range half of tutors pay. Reports «with receipt» were confirmed with the invoice the tutor photographed; the photo stays in their account. Medians are stored and recomputed whenever a new report comes in.
